The cutting edge of health care, diagnostic-driven model designed for individuals who want deeper insight, strategic care, and measurable improvements in how their body performs and functions.

Executive Integrative Care

For those who expect more of their healthcare. While traditional care is designed to rule out disease, executive integrative care is designed to understand how your body is functioning, and why it may not be responding the way it should. This model is designed for individuals who have seen providers but still don’t have clear answers, feel “off” despite being told they have “normal labs”, are dealing with fatigue, inflammation, weight resistance, or poor recovery, want a structured, strategic plan instead of guesswork, value time, access, and a higher level of care.

We know you are not looking for quick fixes, you are looking for clarity, direction, and results.

We focus on nervous system regulation and recovery capacity, metabolic function and body composition, inflammation and fluid retention patterns, hormonal and stress-related signaling, lifestyle inputs that impact real-world performance.

You will work closely with an Executive Integrative Care Provider who:

  • Understands your full health picture

  • Tracks your progress over time

  • Adjusts your plan based on real data

  • Provides continuity and accountability

This is a systems-based, diagnostic-driven approach. Not a symptom-based one. We specialize in an ongoing partnership aimed at discovering and implementing your unique optimal health outcomes.

Your first step

Start With a Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment

Every executive care plan begins with a structured evaluation of how your body is functioning.

Your assessment may include:

  • Body composition analysis

  • Grip strength and physical resilience markers

  • Heart rate variability (HRV) for nervous system function

  • Resting vitals and metabolic indicators

  • Symptom and lifestyle mapping

  • Specific goals for you a your provider to collaborate together

  • Optional advanced lab review

You will leave with:

  • A structured plan tailored to your physiology

  • Specific next steps based on data, not guesswork

Initial Diagnostic Assessment- $300

The Diagnostic Assessment is the starting point for all care at The Wellness Lounge and is designed to give you clarity on why your body may not be responding the way you expect. During this appointment, we evaluate key markers of how your body is functioning, including body composition, strength, nervous system activity, and overall symptom patterns. Rather than focusing on isolated symptoms, this assessment looks at how your systems are working together to identify underlying drivers of fatigue, inflammation, weight resistance, and poor recovery. You will leave with a clear understanding of what we are seeing, what it means for your health, and a personalized, strategic plan outlining the most effective next steps forward.

Precision Health Review- $225

Scheduled 10 days after your initial assessment, the Clinical Strategy Session is where your diagnostic data and lab results are translated into a clear, personalized plan. During this appointment, your provider will walk you through your findings in detail, explain what is driving your symptoms, and outline a targeted strategy designed specifically for your physiology and goals. Rather than reviewing labs in isolation, we connect the full picture, including your assessment data, symptom patterns, and laboratory results, to identify the most effective path forward. You will leave with a structured plan, clear priorities, and a defined next step so you can move forward with confidence and direction

A Complement to Primary Care

Executive integrative care is designed to complement and expand upon traditional primary care. For many clients, we work alongside their existing provider to offer deeper insight, more time, and a more strategic approach to their health. For others, we may serve as their primary point of care, depending on their needs and preferences.

Our focus is on helping you understand how your body is functioning, identifying what may be contributing to your symptoms, and guiding you through both conventional and integrative options. This includes discussing appropriate screenings, labs, and preventive care so you can make informed decisions about your health with a more complete picture.
